GOALS OF THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

To make the school less dependent on a tuition-driven budget, so that the tuition rates may be kept as reasonable as possible while meeting faculty goals, and making program enhancements.

To improve our faculty/staff overall compensation package, thereby retaining our best teachers.

To raise money for the renovation of property contiguous to EDS so that programs may be expanded and facilities may be improved.
